This blouse has the same design and sizing as the previously released Flare Sleeve Blouse with Frilled Tie, with a different tie design.
It is made from a supple and elegant polyester crepe fabric.
The sleeves feature a silhouette that gently flares out from the seam, creating an elegant impression all the way to the hands.
The eye-catching ribbon tie is removable and can be adjusted to fit around the neck.
