About the Membership Rank-up System and Points

✦ Membership Rank-Up System

At Wunderwelt, we have introduced a membership rank-up system in which the points reward rate varies depending on your membership rank.
There are four membership ranks, and your rank will change every four months based on your total purchase amount over the previous six months.
As your membership rank increases, so does your points return rate.

✦ Rank-Up Conditions

No Membership Registration: No benefits
Bronze: 1% points back　Total purchase amount: ¥0–
Silver: 2% points back　Total purchase amount: ¥30,000–
Gold: 3% points back　Total purchase amount: ¥100,000–
Platinum: 5% points back　Total purchase amount: ¥300,000–

✦ Regarding Points

1 point can be used as 1 yen when making a purchase.

✦ When Points Are Awarded / Expire

Points will be added to your account on the day your order is shipped.
Points are valid for one year from the date they were last awarded.

※ You can check the expiration date of your points on your My Page.
※ Once the expiration date passes, all points will expire. Expired points cannot be reinstated.

✦ Important Notes

  • Points and coupons cannot be used together.
  • Shipping fees are not included in the purchase amount used for points back or rank determination (total purchase amount).
  • The points program and rank-up system are services exclusively for registered members and cannot be used when making a guest purchase.
  • We cannot accept requests to use points after an order has been completed or to change the number of points used.
  • If using points causes the total payment amount to fall below the free shipping threshold, shipping charges will be automatically applied by the system. However, the shipping fee will be refunded to you afterwards by our staff.
  • The details and benefits of the rank system may be changed through future updates.

How to Use Points

Your available points can be checked on your My Page or on the cart page.

※ You cannot check when logged out.

✦ How to Use Points

  1. Once you have added all the items you wish to purchase to your cart, open the cart page.

  2. Your current points balance and a field to enter points will be displayed on the cart page. Enter the number of points you wish to use.

  3. After entering the number of points, click the "Use Points" button and confirm that the points discount has been applied.

    ⚠️If you wish to change the number of points you are using, click the "Reset" button and enter the desired amount again.

  4. Click the "Check Out" button to continue to the order page.
    On the next screen, confirm that the points discount has been applied, then proceed with the payment.
