◆ Regarding the Right of Withdrawal in the EU, EEA, and the UK
【The right of withdrawal explained below applies only to customers residing in the EU, EEA, and the UK. Please note that it does not apply to customers residing in countries or regions outside the EU, EEA, and the UK.】
Based on EU Directives (including Directive 2023/2673), customers residing in the EU, EEA, and the UK are granted a "Right of Withdrawal."

＜Exemptions: Products to Which the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply＞
The following types of products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, and cancellations and returns after an order has been placed cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
・Products made according to the customer's specifications, or clearly personalized products (such as custom-made products, engraved products, etc.)
・Products that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery.
＜Conditions for Cooling-Off＞
If you contact us within 14 days from the day after the product arrives in your possession, you may request a return and refund under the following conditions.
・Return shipping costs: Except in cases attributable to our company, such as defective products, all costs associated with the return, including international shipping fees to Japan, shall be borne by the customer in the case of returns for the customer's own reasons. (Please note that international return shipping fees to Japan may be expensive.)
・Condition of the product: Regardless of whether the product is new or used, we ask that it be returned in an "unused and unopened" condition. In the unlikely event that an opened or used product is returned, only the amount remaining after deducting the reduction in value (depreciation) of the product will be refunded (the amount of depreciation will be calculated in accordance with our company's regulations).
・Refund of the initial shipping fee: After we confirm the returned product, we will refund the initial shipping fee together with the product price.
