Thank you for always using Wunderwelt and Wunderwelt Fleur.
Both shops will be closed from August 13 to August 16 for Obon holidays and summer break.
August 13 (Thursday) ~ August 16 (Sunday): Not in business
August 17 (Monday): Return to regular business hours
＜ Shipping＞
Domestic Shipping: Orders placed and paid for by 12 pm (JST) on August 12 will be shipped before the holidays
International Shipping: Orders placed and fully paid for by 12 pm (JST) on August 10 will be shipped before the holidays
※ Excluding pre-order items and shipping to China
Orders made after that will be processed in order starting August 17.
Also, the deadline for domestic shipping will be 10 am (JST) on August 17.
Please be aware that all orders completed after 10 am (JST) will be shipped the next business day.
Carriers are expected to be over capacity due to a higher volume of packages before and after the holidays.
Packages are shipped in time to meet scheduled delivery dates, but please note that your package may be delayed (Domestic shipping only).

Inquiries in Japanese and Chinese received during the break will be answered on or after August 17. English inquiries will be answered as normal during the break.
