Regarding shipping and inquiries during Golden Week 2026
Thank you for always using Wunderwelt and Wunderwelt Fleur.
Both shops will be closed during the following period:
May 2nd (Saturday) ~ May 6th (Wednesday)
< Regarding Shipping >
Domestic shipping: Orders placed and paid by 9 AM (JST) on May 1st will be shipped before the holidays.
International shipping: Orders placed before noon (JST) on April 30rd will be shipped before the holidays.
All other orders will be shipped after May 7th in order of purchase.
(※ excluding pre-orders)
Please note that on May 7th, the order cut-off time for domestic shipping will be earlier than usual, at 8:00 AM.
Orders or payments completed after 8:00 AM will be shipped on the next business day.
Please be aware that delivery services may be delayed before and after the Golden Week period due to increased logistics demand.
Packages will be shipped in time to meet scheduled delivery dates, but please note that there may be delays. (domestic shipping only)
