The Wunderwelt office will be closed from December 29th to January 4th for the New Year's holidays.

・Regarding shipping

Shipping for domestic orders:

All orders for which payment can be confirmed by December 28th 8am will be shipped before December 31.

Shipping for international orders (EMS/DHL):

All orders for which payment can be confirmed by December 27th 3pm will be shipped before December 31.

Shipping for international orders (Shipping Agency):

All orders for which payment can be confirmed by December 22nd 3pm will be shipped before December 31.

※Pre-order and backorder items are excluded

All orders placed and/or paid for after these deadlines will be shipped in order of receipt of payment on or after January 5th.

Please note that depending on order volume, shipping may be delayed for several days.

Inquiries by email can be made as usual.

We will get back to you in order on or after January 5th.

However, January 6th to 8th is a National Holiday in Japan, please understand that we may reply after January 9th.

Additionally, depending on the number of inquiries, answers may be delayed.
