＜Shipping＞

Domestic Shipping: Orders placed and paid for by 9 am (JST) on May 2 will be shipped before the holidays.

International Shipping: Orders placed and fully paid for (including shipping fee) by 12 pm (JST) on May 1 will be shipped before the holidays. Please note that even if the order is placed by 12 pm (JST) on May 1, maybe shipped after the holidays depending on the shipment volume.

Also, the deadline of domestic and international shipping is 8am (JST) on May 7.

Please be aware that all orders completed after 8am (JST) will be shipped next business day.

Carriers are expected to be over capacity due to a higher volume of packages before and after Golden Week.

Packages are shipped in time to meet scheduled delivery dates, but please note that your package may be delayed. (domestic Shipping only)
